ASVO invites producers to annual oenology seminar

The Australian Society of Viticulture and Oenology is encouraging wine producers to secure tickets to its annual oenology seminar.

The theme of this year’s ASVO oenology seminar, which takes place on 22 November in Adelaide, is ‘Making the best out of difficult vintages: managing sub-optimal fruit in the winery’.

Speakers include Gary Baldwin of Wine Network; David Morrison, an international wine consultant; Dr Bala Regasamy of Delegate’s Wine Estate in New Zealand; Tilley Bowden of Della Toffola Pacific; and Paul Henry of Winehero Consulting.

The seminar will take place between 9am – 4.30pm at the SARDI Plant Research Centre Auditorium, on the Waite campus, and will be followed by nibbles and drinks prior to the ASVO annual general meeting.
