Albatrans International Freight Forwarding has appointed Brian Dundon as their new managing director in Australia following the return of former MD (Carlo Battiston) to their US office. Dundon’s appointment coincides with the expansion of Albatrans’ Australian operation with a newly developed Adelaide office which will focus solely on further development of the Company’s wine & spirit portfolio.
Albatrans will continue to maintain a fully operational office in Sydney focusing on general cargo and the new Adelaide office will gradually take on all operations functions for the majority of the wine and spirit imports and exports. The company is also enhancing its services in the growing bulk wine export market while globally the company continues to develop – having recently opened a new London office and with further developments in Chile and China soon to be announced.
