Electricity prices are rising. As this vintage ends, start to think about what you can do to reduce the electricity bill at your winery such as shifting some electricity use to cheaper off-peak periods.  Or, could you arrange a better deal on electricity from another provider, or obtain a government subsidy to insulate your tanks? Cooling/refrigeration is the major user of electricity in many wineries and therefore a good area for your focus.
