The protections provided by the Personal Property Securities Act (2009) two-year transition period will come to an end on 29 January 2014. After that date, any arrangements where goods or stock are supplied on credit must be registered on the Personal Property Securities (PPS) Register, or you’ll be at risk of losing your interest in the goods.
