Cooperages 1912 based in the Barossa Valley is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Hayman to the role of oak barrel consultant. Hayman a qualified winemaker has over 13 years’ experience in the wine industry in both hands-on winemaking and business development.

Cooperages 1912, represents Tonnellerie Quintessence, Heinrich Cooperage & World Cooperage oak barrel brands to Australia and New Zealand.
