- “Grain Recognition Technology” measures grain tightness for every stave by counting the growth rings per centimeter (GPC) of every stave. This optical selection ensures each barrel has an average number of growth rings that fall within the established parameters for each grain type.
- Toasting is closely controlled and measured, and each barrel must achieve a minimum of 95% toasting accuracy to be accepted.
