We seek to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance and Engineering Manager to join our management team.

Located in the Riverland, reporting to the Operations Manager, this senior position is responsible for all facets of managing the Winery’s maintenance and capital works programs, including leadership and team development, operational planning, execution and budget control.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in project management, leading a high functioning production maintenance team, overseeing contractors and technical specialists and delivering WHS and quality management systems. Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products is essential, experience using MEX and AutoCAD will be considered an advantage.

The preferred candidate will seek continuous self-initiated personal development, be resourceful, aspire to deliver best in class outcomes, lead from the front and share the values of the Company.

Candidates must be trade qualified or hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering and have 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
