“Kiera has served with distinction and enthusiasm on our board, and I am thrilled that she has accepted our invitation to become chair,” stated Hill-Smith on Grant’s appointment.

“We look forward to the future under Kiera’s guidance as a wine enthusiast and an eminently qualified professional who is committed to our family business.”

Grant has had a 20-year executive career in investment banking, mostly at UBS Australia. For the last 15 years, she has served as a director for a range of ASX-listed companies. Currently she is a non-executive director of Adairs Limited and Future Generation Global Investment Company Limited. Grant is a Trustee of the Art Gallery of New South Wales Trust and is the sole independent director of Perennial Partners, a house of specialist fund managers.

Kiera holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, is a member of CEW and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Changes to the Hill-Smith Family Estates board come into effect Monday 2 June 2025.
