Langton’s 2018 Margaret River Wine Show & Halliday Australian Cabernet Challenge

The Langton’s 2018 Margaret River Wine Show and Halliday Australian Cabernet Challenge will return to Ramada Resort Dunsborough from October 29 to November 1 2018.

The Margaret River Wine Show is now in its 17th year and it is the third Australian Cabernet Challenge.

Margaret River Wine Association CEO, Amanda Whiteland said she expects this year’s show to be the biggest yet, with 21 judges and associates tasting and assessing the anticipated 1000+ wine entries across both competitions.

Corrina Wright, Oliver’s Taranga winemaker and director will return for her final year as chair of judges and Eddie McDougall, The Flying Winemaker from Hong Kong is the 2018 Wine Show international judge, supported by Singapore Airlines.

Naming rights partner, Langton’s Clayton Buffoni said it will be the organisation’s fourth year sponsoring the Margaret River Wine Show.

“As a regional show it consistently leads the way in showcasing the quality that the area can produce.

“The continued inclusion of the Halliday Australian Cabernet Challenge provides true national and international recognition and we are thrilled to be involved in 2018 and beyond!”
