“Optimise your Wine Business” is the title of this year’s Wine Business Solutions workshop program. It builds upon the ideas presented in last year’s very well received direct to customer workshop series.

The focus this year is on understanding the opportunities that much changed paths to markets present, developing winning strategy and successful execution. We’ll look at leveraging customer relationships to deliver an altogether better value proposition more profitably.

Direct and On-Premise channels will get special focus along with dealing twit the chains. All the latest tools and low cost technology will be discussed. The shared learning about solving practical issues is what attendees often find most useful.
