Kick start your weekend with a 60 minute Yoga Flow class at Katnook Estate on Saturday 22nd of January.

Suitable for all levels and guided by qualified teacher Laura Earl from the Nourish Nook.

After the class brunch will be served in the Historic Stables prepared by the Coonawarra Store served with a glass of Katnook bubbles.
