Taste your way through 5 Brackets of champagne and discover the intricacies and nuances that define: ‘House Style’, a look at Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in isolation, the role of Pinot Noir in Rosé making and so much more.
Led by a panel of dedicated Vin de Champagne Award Winners and Wine Educators James Smith Member of the Coteaux Champenois , Jane Bromley Winemaker, Patrick Iland OAM Author and our Special Guest – John Noble Director, Champagne Bureau Australia.
