Come behind the scenes look into the process of making Margan Family wines.
We start in the vineyard and then move into the winery to look at the wines fermenting away in tank and learn a bit about how the magic happens.
Andrew Margan will share how his wines are unique and what makes each year’s vintage special.
That’s all hungry work so the restaurant team will create a great seasonally inspired lunch, matched with a handpicked selection from the winery’s cellar.
