Overview
ECHO, or the East Coast Harvest Odyssey, is a celebration of harvest through history. A festival of the senses – from food, wine and spirits to music and storytelling – from indigenous, colonial, french and the contemporary modern day.
Demonstrations by expert vignerons and masters of seafood will guide you through delicacies and delights of the region. Experience interactive grape stomping – ‘The Great Eastern Ferment’ and a ‘Chef’s Wild Abundance’ feasting on shellfish, wallaby, lamb and foraged fare, cooked on the open coals. Enjoy some fireside whisky and live music before laying to rest, if you choose, in your very own luxurious bell tent. Complete your ECHO journey with a ‘river cleanse’ and perhaps a spot of croquet on the lawn. Tempting?
