Overview
Widely known as the ‘Oscars of higher education’, the THE Awards were a fixture in
the UK higher education calendar for 14 years, before we took this prestigious event
overseas for the first time in 2019.
For this fourth running of these awards, we have decided to move the final ceremony to sit
within the THE Asia Universities Summit in Aichi, Japan, on 31 May 2022.
By doing so we hope to bring even greater attention to the finalists, and so to the diversity
and dynamism of Asian higher education as a whole.
