Overview
The coveted annual awards recognise the best of the best from across the wine industry and promotes the release of the 2024 edition of the Halliday Wine Companion.
The Awards also marked the release of the 2024 Halliday Wine Companion, now available in stores nationally. It is a comprehensive guide to Australia’s leading wines, wineries and grape growing regions, including all Award winners and tasting notes. More than 5,000 tasting notes are printed in the Companion, with more than 8,000 tasting notes available online.
The awards will announce major award winners, including Dark Horse Winery of the Year, Best Value Winery of the Year, Best New Winery of the Year, Winery of the Year, Winemaker of the Year, Wine of the Year, and 16 varietal winners selected from a pool of over 9000 wines.
