Lallemand has launched its own wine app to allow winemakers to view its catalogue of oenological  products and technical information. Available for free download at the Apple store, the app also contains a tool to help winemakers select the most appropriate Lallemand product, based on grape variety, nutrient demand and environmental conditions. Other features of the app include a wine bacteria sensory profiling tool and information sheets on the latest research and Lallemand protocols.
