Slattery Auctions if offering over 1,500 Cases of Roscrea Estate Wine by tender. The wine was made by a high profile Hunter Valley Establishment and there are three great wines for offer. Listed below are the wine tasting notes and quantities –

2014 Roscrea Estate Verdelho:

With grapes collected from the Hillside vineyard at Roscrea homestead, this wine shows fruity notes on the nose with hints of lemon and passionfruit, the palate is subtle and slightly sweet with light acidity. Overall a light and refreshing style of Verdelho.

Quantity for tender: 960 Cases of 12 bottles

2014 Roscrea Estate Chardonnay:

This young chardonnay is light bodied with a firm acid backbone driving it’s flavours, a touch of oak intensifies the palate with a beautiful crisp finish. 2014 was a great year for this region, lots of heat generated an early ripening of grapes, adding beautiful pineapple notes to this lovely chardonnay.

Quantity for tender: 320 Cases of 12 bottles

2011 Roscrea Estate Chardonnay:

A citrusy chardonnay with a light hint of oak makes this chardonnay very similar in style to the French Chablis. Light in body and with subtle citrus fruity characteristics, notes of lemon zest and pineapple finished with sharp acidity. An excellent combination to delicate seafood and white meats.

Quantity for tender: 250 Cases of 12 bottles
