Overview
Home to some of the world’s most innovative and revered winemakers, South Australia is the ideal location to study how business operates in the wine industry.
This program has been designed for both current and aspiring wine business owners, marketers, managers, winemakers, sommeliers, and staff, and provides vital frameworks and knowledge needed to ensure a profitable and competitive edge in a crowded global marketplace.
Once students have successfully completed the Graduate Certificate they can continue their studies, if they wish, to progress to a Graduate Diploma in Wine Business and ultimately to a Master of Wine Business.
This program is offered in trimester mode: there are three trimesters in each academic year, commencing in January (full time and part time), May (part time only) and September (part time only).
The program is run through the university’s Adelaide Business School, a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the elite group of the top five per cent of Business Schools worldwide.
