Overview
Like Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, this ancient cross (it derives from Dureza and Mondeuse Blanche – two old French varieties) can produce a wide range of wine, depending where it is grown : from the medium bodied, peppery, and lighter Rhone examples, to the more concentrated, softer and richer Australian gems.
