Overview
Wine Australia’s Future Leaders Program is the wine community’s peak personal and professional leadership program. It is designed for the ’emerging leaders’ who are ready to step up and take their businesses and our sector to the next level.
The bi-annual program offered to applicants with open, creative, inquisitive minds who are early to mid-career and already demonstrating leadership potential.
This webinar will hear more about the program from Wine Australia’s Senior R&D Program manager, Jo Hargreaves. Joining Jo will be 2019 graduates; Nadja Wallington (Philip Shaw Wines) and Dylan McMahon (Seville Estate) to provide a first-hand insight into the program. Together they will share their own experiences in the program, the impact it has had on their careers and why you should consider applying in 2021.
