A nine month study program aimed at those in the wine industry, or those interested in entering the wine industry, who want to learn both the practice and theory behind vineyard and winery operations and related skills.
Description: This program involves students in growing their own grapes, making wine, developing wine tasting skills and other forms of wine analysis. The Graduate Diploma programme reviews the importance of the integrations of grapegrowing and winemaking by covering such aspects as site selection and development, plant material and vine management alongside grape processing, fermentation and wine finishing.
Applications: Entry Requirements: C+ (60-64) average or higher from their undergraduate degree. Meet English language requirement. A 100 level chemistry paper from previous study or an equivalent may be taken to meet pre-requisite requirements for wine science courses.
