Description: CSU's Master of Viticulture and Oenology provides graduates with the opportunity to obtain advanced knowledge in viticulture and wine science.
The flexibility of the Master of Viticulture and Oenology allows you to complete the course in three-year part-time program by distance education.
Students learn to develop their research skills through the preparation of a research dissertation in a specialised area of interest which may include: vine health, vine physiology, wine production and wine sensory science.
The Master of Viticulture and Oenology aims to:
- Promote advanced knowledge in viticulture and wine science
- Promote capacity to identify and solve issues faced by the grape and wine industries
- Promote critical reflection through independent research and analysis
- Encourage scholarship and research within the candidates discipline area
