Artisan production utilising cutting edge technique ensures outstanding quality and consistency. Being vertically integrated, Tonnellerie Jarnac source logs from the haute futaie forests of the centre of France, the Loire Valley, Normandy, the Île-de-France and Vosges regions. The logs are split in our own stave mill and naturally air dried in our woodlot for a minimum of 24 months. We are 100% self-sufficient for our wood supply, meaning we can offer you consistency year after year.
