4th Australian Wine Industry Environment Conference
The 4th Australian Wine Industry Environment Conference will take place Thursday 2 August 2007 at the Adelaide Convention Centre in conjunction with the 13th Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference 28 July – 2 August, 2007.
New Zealand bottling lines under the microscope
Provisor Pty. Ltd. has successfully secured a research grant award from the Winery Engineering Association to evaluate the efficiency of bottling lines in New Zealand. The focus of this evaluation will be to scope out the potential benefits of adopting lean manufacturing techniques in bottling operations.
Talking about the future
Victoria’s Alpine and King Valleys Vignerons (AVV and KVV) are working hard to support their members as winegrape contracts terminate and the grape over supply looks set to continue for some time.
