The Australian Wine Industry Outlook Conference, presented by the Winemakers’ Federation of Australia and Winetitles, is being held in Sydney on 13 November. Ahead of the special Outlook ‘on the couch’ discussion about Australia’s ideal harvest size, to be moderated by Michael Pascoe , Winetitles has invited Paul Clancy, chairman of the Wine Grape Council of South Australia to tell us his view of the ideal harvest size for Australia to be sustainable in its global wine market.
