Symphony concert at Robert Channon Wines

Beethoven's Egmont Overture, Sibelius' Finlandia and his 3rd Symphony and a Vivaldi Double Cello Concerto will be the programme for the Toowoomba Concert Orchestra's concert at Robert Channon Wines on Sunday May 27th.
Conductor Matthew Henry will be harnessing the forces of a large orchestra for this year's concert. The focus on Sibelius celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of the great Finnish composer's death.
Gareth Channon and Nicholas Clarke will be the soloists in the Vivaldi Double Cello Concerto making this a special performance for the Channon family.
The concert begins at 2.30 on Sunday May 27 and will be held in the winery's Swigmore Hall. Tickets are $15 (concessions $10). Please book in advance or arrive in plenty of time on the day.
