Precision viticulture workshop

The McLaren Vale’s Grape, Wine and Tourism Industry Association’s latest workshop, Precision Viticulture, coincides with the newly released Precision Viticulture book, published by Winetitles.

Tony Proffitt, Michael Wells, George Dridan and Bernd Kleinlagel will present on a number of topics including: precision viticulture to reduce variability, airborne and satellite imagery, soil sensing & evaluation surveying using EM38, using precision viticulture tools in both established and new vineyards, and yield monitoring.

The workshop to be held at the McLaren Vale Visitor Centre on Tuesday, January 23 at 9.30am and include a theory and practical session.
