The McLaren Vale region is again set to host Australia’s premier food and wine festival this June long weekend, bringing together the state’s best culinary, musical and wine making expertise.
With more than 30,000 local, national and international visitors last year, the McLaren Vale Sea and Vines Festival has established itself as Australia’s largest regional food and wine festival.
Now in its 14th year, the event is ready to showcase the best South Australia has to offer on 11–12 June with a record number of participating wineries.
In the traditional Sea and Vines style, guests will experience the ultimate in gastronomic delights as South Australia’s premier chefs and restaurants join forces with local wineries at 26 stunning venues throughout the region.
McLaren Vale Grape, Wine and Tourism Association executive officer Sandie Holmes said guests will indulge in the best wines and local seafood, with entertainment provided by some of Adelaide’s best blues, pop and jazz musicians.
