FarmReady funding available for Frontline Supervision Skills course

The Australian Institute of Viticulture’s Frontline Supervision Skills for the Wine Industry course is now approved under the Federal Government FarmReady Program.

Eligible primary producers can access up to $1500/year through the FarmReady program plus travel and accommodation costs to attend registered courses.

Winery and Vineyard specific people management issues are addressed and participants are provided with the opportunity to practice, i.e., conflict resolution in a neutral environment.

The course is suited to both managers and supervisors, new and old.
