Family-owned McLaren Vale winery, d’Arenberg, is the official wine partner of the upcoming Sydney Film Festival held from 3–14 June. The label with the red stripe will be served at key events and screenings at the world renowned festival which showcases some of the world’s most dynamic and inspiring films.
This is the first year d’Arenberg has sponsored the event, and is pleased to support Australian arts and cinema, according to chief winemaker Chester Osborn.
“It’s great to be involved in an event that showcases new talent from around the world and gives Australian film makers a chance to show their work on an international stage,” Osborn said.
“d’Arenberg have been long time supporters of the arts in South Australia and it is great that we can extend this to an event with an international audience.”
d’Arenberg wines will be served at the opening and closing events and throughout the duration of the festival. The wines include d’Arry’s Original Shiraz Grenache, The High Trellis Cabernet Sauvignon, The Olive Grove Chardonnay, The Dry Dam Riesling and The Peppermint Paddock Sparkling Chambourcin.
