'We're sorry' says Australia Post after misinformation

Statement from Australia Post:

We’d like to apologise to our wine customers in South Australia as earlier this month, some customers received a letter regarding the closure of their ‘Business Parcels Agreement’.

Unfortunately, this letter was sent in error and we want to apologise for the confusion this caused.

Australia Post has always supported the wine industry and their unique business needs by offering access to contract rates, with lower volume requirements than typically required by most other customers.

We would like to offer reassurance that we will continue to provide access to our domestic and international eParcel services, Point-to-Point ULD and other wine delivery services currently being used.
