Quick stats update from CellarDoorMETRICS®

South Australia’s Limestone Coast topped the wine tourism charts last week, with an average spend of A$54.65 from each visitor through cellar doors in their region. Second was ACT’s Canberra District with A$46.16 and third was South Australia’s Adelaide Hills with A$42.51.

Visitor numbers were highest in South Australia’s Barossa, with each cellar door attracting an average of 1513 visitors. New South Wales’ Hunter Valley closely followed with 1265 visitors and Queensland’s Brisbane/North and South Burnett/Sunshine Coast cellar doors attracted 746 visitors during the period.
