New packaging for Nepenthe

Adelaide Hills producer Nepenthe has unveiled a stylish and contemporary new look for the domestic and international markets, with the award-winning Altitude range having been subject to a complete pack upgrade.

The revamped packaging is designed to reinforce the premium, boutique credentials of one of the regions pioneering producers, whilst providing the end consumer with clearer and more visible branding. Greater emphasis has been placed on the provenance of the brand with a stylised representation of the Adelaide Hills now appearing on both the label and the capsule.

Commenting on the new design, Australian Vintage marketing manager Michelle Beck said: “Nepenthe is a modern, innovative and continually evolving brand – the sleek new packaging highlights our contemporary approach and reinforces our premium credentials. The new livery delivers improved branding for consumers and increased shelf visibility whilst still retaining the style and elegance of the original pack.”

The launch of the revised packaging coincides with a confirmed listing for the flagship Altitude Sauvignon Blanc 2008 in Majestic stores nation-wide. Priced at £8.99 and currently on promotion until 28th April at £5.99, the wine contains a small portion of barrel-fermented juice and is a blend of 30 individual parcels of grapes grown throughout the cool climate Adelaide Hills.

Nepenthe Altitude Sauvignon Blanc is also available through leading retailers Waitrose and Co-op.
