In October 2008, Provisor and Advanced Analytical Australia announced the official launch of the Scorpion Microbial Assay (http://www.winebiz.com.au/dwn/details.asp?id=2106).
The Scorpion Microbial assay is a rapid and sensitive method to detect spoilage organisms in wine and grape juice.
Provisor will be presenting free information seminars about this genetic technology in the Swan Valley and Margaret River regions on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 February 2009, respectively.
