From 20th November fix st james will be BYO in the evenings from 6pm.
After an impressive response to the Saturday evening BYO offer fix st james proprietor Stuart Knox has decided to extend it to every evening!
With the ongoing concerns many people have about the economy Knox has taken a step to encourage diners to still eat out but with a reduced pressure on their own financial situation.
Corkage will be waived for diners who spend $50 or more per person.
fix st james is set out in three distinct sections for the evening — outdoor alfresco seating, downstairs wine bar and upstairs restaurant -a diverse clientele can be catered for.
To make it even more appealing we also have a D-I-Y degustation menu, available at lunch and dinner. Each menu item is listed with a matching wine, giving customers the chance to choose 4 piccolo-sized dishes for $49 and have them matched with wine for $75.
Knox has taken his seven years of experience at London’s famous Bibendum Restaurant and Sydney’s iconic Forty One Restaurant, to put together a list of over 200 wines. With a wide range of interesting and unique wines from around the world as well as offering 30 by the taste (75ml), glass (150ml) or flask (500ml).
Visit the restaurant at 111 Elizabeth Street, Sydney or to book call (02) 9232 2767.
