Quick stats update from CellarDoorMETRICS®

The top three wine tourism regions this week were Mornington Peninsula, Tasmania and Limestone Coast. The highest average spend per visitor was AU$43.73, at cellar doors in the Mornington Peninsula. Those in Tasmania and Limestone Coast each achieved AU$39.69 and AU$39.19 respectively.

New South Wales’ Hunter Valley and South Australia’s Barossa topped the highest visitor numbers, with 4,046 and 3,219 respectively, followed by Australia’s South West (Margaret River and surrounds of Western Australia) with 891.
