Recently Provisor and Advanced Analytical Australia announced the official launch of the Scorpion Microbial Assay. The Scorpion Microbial assay is a rapid and sensitive method to detect spoilage organisms in wine and grape juice.
In the coming weeks, Provisor will be presenting free information seminars about this genetic technology, starting with seminars in McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley (details below).
