Tasmanian wine roadshow goes off shore

Wine trade and the public will have the chance to taste some of the best cool climate wines in the world when Tasmania Unbottled comes to Sydney and Brisbane in early September.
It will be the biggest showing of Tasmanian wines ever outside of the island state, with 30 producers showing more than 160 wines, including premium sparkling, pinot noir and Riesling. Trade session is free from 11am to 4pm. The public is 4pm-9pm and is $45 a head and the tariff includes Tasmanian gourmet food – Ashmore oysters, Petuna Ocean Trout and Bruny Island cheeses.

There will also be a master class in the best Tasmanian pinot noir at both the trade and public sessions in both cities – for an additional $40 a head. Numbers limited.
