Bookings soar for WineTech 2015

WineTech 2015 will be one of the biggest and most diverse wine industry trade shows ever presented in South Australia as bookings for the conference continue to soar.

Held at the Adelaide Showground, the event has seen more than 85 per cent of exhibitor space booked with a significant number of Australian and overseas companies participating for the first time.

Hosted by Wine Industry Suppliers Australia Inc. (WISA), WineTech 2015 will be a dedicated trade exhibition targeting people in the industry with a direct operational focus.

Matthew Moate, WISA executive officer, said there will be a “spectacular showcase” of the latest innovations and developments in the wine industry at the event.

“WineTech is making a welcome return to Adelaide and we are thrilled with the response to date from exhibiting organisations and delegates,” Moate said. “There will also be an associated seminar program and a range of supplier presentations to add value to the trade show.”

WISA’s French counterpart, ADEPTA will be attending the event, along with a host of other organisations from US, UK, China and Canada.

Patricia Villavicencio of ADEPTA said France had developed some cutting edge technologies in terms of nurseries and grafting material, winemaking equipment, oenological products and sensory analysis which will be presented at the event.
