Angove Family Winemakers launches Vintage House Wine and Spirits

Angove Family Winemakers has announced that as of February, the distribution operation of its integrated wine business will be rebranded as Vintage House Wine and Spirits.

The newly branded entity will take over from Angove Family Winemakers’ long established distribution operation. The 129-year-old family business has been distributing other brands for more than 50 years, with the family embracing Vintage House Wine and Spirits to drive this part of their business into the future.

“Over the past 15 years the distribution arm of Angove Family Winemakers has developed significantly,” John Angove, chairman of the company, said.

“The Australian marketplace is ever changing and in keeping with our strongly held commitment to continuous improvement, we must ensure our offer evolves and is relevant to the customer.

“Vintage House Wine and Spirits provides the foundation for our next phase of growth, development and best practice professional representation for the Australian liquor market.

“We are proud to represent an outstanding and growing selection of premium Australian, New Zealand and international wine and spirit brands.”

The company will manage the transition for its distribution business from Angove Family Winemakers to Vintage House Wine and Spirits over the coming months.
