Slow Food celebrations at Cupitt's Winery

Slow Food Shoalhaven invites you to a harvest celebration — Long Table Banquet and Farmer’s Market. Come join Cupitt’s Winery for the time-honoured celebration of the grape harvest. The grapes have been picked, the vats are full and the winemakers have practised their art. Now is the time to enjoy the fruits of the vine and the fields.

To be held on Sunday, 9 March at Cupitt’s Winery, 60 Washburton Road, Milton, NSW, begin the day at 11am with Slow Food activities, and watch local oysters being shucked (and eat them later).

Wander around the Farmer’s Market of superb local produce, listen to music by Rod Cockle, take in a winery tour and ‘step up’ to the challenge of treading grapes.

Learn about pasta and passata-making from local legend Zia Rosa and hear the pans rattle at the hands of our guest chef Andy Bunn of Sydney’s famed Fratelli Fresh.

Feast on a fabulous four-course banquet served long-table style in convivial company.

Cost: $55 per person for Slow Food Members, $65 non-Members. Wine additional.
